A thermal oil heater (or thermic fluid heater) is an industrial heating system where a special thermal oil is heated by a burner (or electric element), circulates through a loop, and transfers heat to various process equipment (like reactors, heat exchangers) without generating high-pressure steam. Because the oil can operate at very high temperatures safely, it's used in industries that need stable, high-temperature heat (e.g., chemical, food, textiles).
High Operating Temperatures: Can heat thermal oil (heat transfer fluid) to very high temperatures (e.g., 300–400 °C) while operating at relatively low pressure.
